As a geologist, one of my favorite things to do is to make unique Minecraft maps of real locations that mimic the actual topography and geology. These locations may be places you've heard of, such as Yosemite National Park or Zion National Park, or they may be lesser-known spots that are nevertheless interesting and meaningful to me.
Devil's Tower National Monument, Wyoming
Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona - Triumphal Arch Rapids
Yosemite National Park, California - El Capitan
Yosemite National Park, California - Half Dome
Zion National Park, Utah - South Guardian Angel
Crater Lake National Park, Oregon
Let me know of any real-life landscapes that you want to see transformed into Minecraft maps!
